Letting go to move Forward

When fall arrives, a lukewarm melancholy often swims to the surface from within me.  The season always brings up the feeling of loss and the need to let go.  I tend to be more contemplative, retreating inward to reflect upon my life.

I didn't realize at the time of this series, how the cemetery was uttering perfect to capture these images of fall. When I entered the graveyard, I noticed the sun softly kissing the leaves creating a luminous but gentle light upon them.   I walked, often stopping and standing quietly.  I watched and waited until I saw with a mindful eye, the details so radiant before me.  Nature gifting me with all its magic, warming my heart as I mentally prepare for winter.
